Corporate Meetings

ShareTrack Zambia manages the distribution of annual reports and Notices for Meetings (AGM, EGM, etc.) to shareholders electronically, in partnership with eNotices, and by ordinary postage. ShareTrack Zambia manages the receipt and recording of shareholder proxy forms.

ShareTrack Zambia also manages the attendance register and shareholder registration at company meetings. If required to do so, ShareTrack Zambia is able to conduct polls at these meetings.

Data & Records Management

Dividend Payments & Reconciliation

ShareTrack Zambia undertakes the management of dividends from processing, funding, payment and reconciliations to maintenance of unclaimed dividends. This service involves;

  • Calculation of dividend due and reconciliation of reports with dividend declared.
  • Production of dividend payment reports according to shareholder status and payment method.
  • Sorting and posting of dividend warrants and remittances to shareholders.
  • Calculation and advice of applicable withholding tax as well as obtaining individual shareholders’ withholding tax certificates.

LuSE Central Shares Depository

ShareTrack Zambia has developed bespoke electronic share registry system that analyses shareholder data for appropriate reporting to all concerned stakeholders. Under this service, we facilitate hassle free transfer of shares in terms of:

  • Physical share transfer De-materialization of shares through the CSD.
  • Re-materialization of Shares from the CSD.
  • Dividend/Interest pay-out including Electronic Payment transfers and Mobile Payments.
